Please note that if we need to order the fabrics, there is always a small possibility that they may become on backorder. Even if we take precautions to ensure that the materials are available at the time of consideration, by the time fabric needs to get cut, it could become on backorder. It can take up to a week or more sometimes to find out about a backorder. It happens with the popular colors more, If we find that your selected materials are on backorder, we will provide you with temporary shades or suggest alternate fabrics from the same catalog or a different one. Please understand that we have no control over the inventory of the big brands we work with, so we cannot guarantee their availability, Backorders are rare but they do happen here and there, occurring in about 3% of our orders.
To prevent potential delays, if fabric isn’t an in-stock material, then we suggest selecting at least two options for materials and not one. This way, we can quickly switch to the alternative option if the original is unavailable.

Lastly, we can send you big samples of all the materials you’ve chosen so that you can get a better sense of how they look and feel. It will also help if we need to switch fabrics due to any delay.
