Elan provided prompt and trouble free sales and installation of the shade I purchased for my sliding glass door. I was able to view on his iPad the seemingly hundreds of photos of what he has already installed to get an idea what would be best for me and we reviewed prices. When it came time for installation there was a hiccup (, the manufacturer cut the shade incorrectly,) that was resolved much more quickly than I had anticipated (Elan must of kicked some butt).
