Incredible customer service which in today’s world is rare. The owner really knows how to treat new and existing customers. My window coverings were installed 3 years ago. Today I reached out for help charging the automatic shades. The owner had a technician, Alvin (who was diligent, courteous and neat) at my house the same day, after I got home from which was the most convenient time for me.

5 Stars. I don’t even need to leave a review. Pull the trigger and call. This is a small business that takes customer service serious. The owner is plugged in and active in the business. Our sales experience was great. First the called back!!! Yes they did! They also confirmed on the day of the appointment and showed up on time!! No pressure sales and they offered some help and opinions on selecting roller blinds when nudged. We did a custom order that was completed quickly. Installation was again scheduled and on time. Most of all the installation was clean, exactly as described and so respectful in our home.

If we could give them 6 stars we would! They gave us the best quote, were the friendliest, and got the custom made blinds installed in less than 2 weeks. My husband and I were so impressed and would definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend! A++++ service!

Excellent service from the quoting process to installation. Very professional reasonable prices and the blinds look amazing. So much so that I now want zebra blinds in every room. They communicated well on delivery and install and arrived on time, even worked around my schedule and completed work while I was working from home with no interruptions.

From start to finish my experience with Elan was phenomenal! I called them after searching for a local blinds company with great reviews and they did not disappoint! Was able to have Elan and Justin (I believe) come out the following day to install our blinds. They were very efficient, polite and did a perfect job. Also very reasonable. I would recommend them a million times.
